Phone app aims to guide young heart attack survivors through recovery
NCT ID NCT07289815
Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone-based support program for young and middle-aged adults recovering from a heart attack. The program uses an app to provide personalized guidance on exercise, diet, medication, and mental health, and connects patients with a team of doctors, nurses, and other specialists. Researchers want to see if this 'smart' approach helps patients stick to their rehab plans and recover better after leaving the hospital.
