Glasses that watch you eat send diet tips to your phone

NCT ID NCT06547320

Summary

This study tested whether special glasses that can detect when you're eating could help people change their eating habits. For two weeks, 43 adults with overweight or obesity wore the glasses, which sent personalized messages to their smartphones during meals. The goal was to see if these timely reminders could help people eat less food and eat more slowly.
