Smart workout may strengthen lungs and immunity in COPD patients

Summary
This study tests a new, smart exercise program for people with COPD. The goal is to see if this type of training can improve heart and lung fitness, muscle strength, immune function, and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 170 adults with COPD who have already completed at least 3 months of pulmonary rehabilitation.
