Summary
This study is testing a new 'smart duvet' that has built-in sensors to monitor a person's sleep. Researchers want to see if this comfortable, easy-to-use blanket can track sleep as accurately as the complex equipment used in sleep labs. They are testing it on 50 people, including those with sleep disorders and healthy sleepers, to compare the results.
