Summary

This study follows 1600 adults with small kidney stones (4 mm or smaller) to see how often they pass naturally within 4 to 8 weeks. Researchers will track symptoms, blood tests, and stone features to predict which stones are likely to pass without intervention. Participants fill out symptom questionnaires, give a blood sample, and get a follow-up CT scan.
