Summary

This study follows 1600 people with small kidney stones (4 mm or smaller) to see how often the stones pass naturally within 4 to 8 weeks. Researchers will track pain, blood tests, stone size and location, and kidney swelling to find clues that predict passage. Participants fill out symptom surveys, give a blood sample, and get a follow-up CT scan.
