Summary

This study tests whether a single daily polypill (combining blood pressure, cholesterol, and anti-clotting medications) can reduce the risk of another stroke or heart attack in 680 recent stroke patients in Ghana. Participants will take the polypill or receive usual care for 24 months. The goal is to see if the polypill helps more people control their blood pressure, cholesterol, and stick to their medications.
