Laser vs. eye drops: major trial seeks better glaucoma control

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to use a laser treatment called SLT to manage glaucoma and high eye pressure. It will compare whether a lower-energy laser works as well as the standard strength, and test if getting the laser treatment once a year is better than waiting until it wears off. The goal is to help people control their eye pressure and potentially delay or avoid the need for daily prescription eye drops.
