First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests SLN12140, an experimental drug, in 48 adults with IgA nephropathy whose disease is not well-controlled by standard treatments. Participants receive different doses of SLN12140 or a placebo for 36 weeks, then all can receive the drug for another year. The main goal is to see if SLN12140 reduces protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage.
