New surgical sling study offers hope for women with bladder leakage

NCT ID NCT04772131

Summary

This study compares two different surgical sling procedures for women with stress urinary incontinence (leakage when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). Researchers will follow 300 women for three years to see which sling approach works better and is safer. The study aims to help women and doctors choose the best surgical option for long-term bladder control.
