New surgical slings tested to stop Women's leakage

Summary
This study compares two surgical sling implants designed to treat stress urinary incontinence in women. Researchers will follow 300 women for three years to see which sling is safer and more effective at stopping urine leakage during activities like coughing or sneezing. The study aims to provide better information for women considering this common surgical treatment.
