Summary
This study looks at 450 people with central lung cancer who need a type of surgery called sleeve lobectomy. Researchers want to see if using a robotic system (RATS) leads to better long-term survival and recovery compared to the standard video-assisted method (VATS). The goal is to find out which minimally invasive technique works best for these patients.
