NCT ID NCT07289217
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app called SleepQ can help reduce insomnia symptoms. About 80 adults with insomnia will be randomly assigned to either use the app alongside their usual care or continue with usual care alone for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the app, which teaches sleep improvement techniques, provides extra benefits for sleep, mood, and daily life.
