Can a phone app and a weekly chat cure sleepless nights for young people?

NCT ID NCT07405775

Summary

This study is testing if a smartphone app called SleepFix, combined with weekly check-in calls from a therapist, can help young people aged 16-24 who struggle with insomnia. It will compare the app's approach to standard online sleep education. The main goal is to see if running a larger future study is practical and to get early feedback on whether the app helps reduce insomnia symptoms, fatigue, and mood issues.
