Can a simple stretch fix CrossFit shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT06720155
Summary
This study tested whether a specific shoulder stretch, called the 'sleeper stretch,' could help CrossFit athletes. Researchers wanted to see if the stretch improved shoulder movement, strength, and upper body performance while reducing pain. They compared results in 26 active CrossFit participants who did the stretch against those who did not.
