Summary

This study monitored the sleep of 48 Veterans with trauma-related nightmares using special mattress sensors in their own homes. The goal was to learn how nightmares affect sleep and how these patterns change with a cognitive-behavioral treatment. Results will help doctors personalize care for Veterans suffering from these nightmares.
