Summary
This study is testing if a new therapy that helps people shift their sleep schedule to an earlier time can improve depression. It involves 150 people with moderate to severe depression who have recently left the hospital. One group will receive this new sleep-focused therapy, while the other receives standard care, to see which is more effective.
