NCT ID NCT06791356
Summary
This study is testing whether Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) helps older African American adults sleep better. Researchers will measure sleep quality and thinking skills before treatment, right after, and three months later to see if the therapy provides lasting benefits.
