NCT ID NCT07048340
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help children aged 7-11 with chronic insomnia. Researchers are comparing two versions of a proven talk therapy (CBT-I): one that includes a strict sleep schedule and one that does not. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at helping children fall asleep and stay asleep, and to understand how it works.
