Could a headband at home replace overnight sleep labs for Alzheimer's patients?
NCT ID NCT07485153
First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aims to see if a wearable headband that tracks brain waves at home can give the same sleep information as a full sleep lab test in people with early or no symptoms of Alzheimer's. About 35 participants will wear both devices at the same time in a lab for two nights, then use the headband at home for three nights. The results could lead to easier, more comfortable sleep monitoring for Alzheimer's research.
