Can a cherry juice cocktail help teen athletes sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07190989
Summary
This study tested whether a special juice blend with ingredients like cherry, cocoa, and magnesium could improve sleep and recovery in young, healthy football players. Researchers wanted to see if the supplement worked the same for everyone or if its effects varied from person to person. Fifteen athletes tried both the juice and a placebo in a specific order to compare results.
