Summary
This study aims to understand how sleep, daily activity, and body clocks are connected to eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. Researchers will track 75 patients during their hospital stay using wrist monitors, sleep diaries, and questionnaires. The goal is to learn if sleep patterns relate to body image, mood, hormone levels, and recovery progress, which could help improve future treatments.
