Summary
This study aims to better understand sleep in people with major depression, particularly those who also have insomnia. Researchers will use a comfortable headband that records brain activity during sleep at home, and compare it with participants' own reports about their sleep quality and depression symptoms. The goal is to learn how objective sleep measurements relate to how people feel about their sleep and their depression.
