Summary

This study tests whether targeted brain stimulation can improve sleep quality and help people with insomnia fall asleep faster. Researchers will measure changes in sleep efficiency and time to fall asleep in 1,000 participants aged 18 to 75. People with epilepsy, seizures, migraines, metal implants, or pacemakers cannot join.
