Summary
This study tested a pressed candy containing tea theanine, casein hydrolysate, and saffron extract in 171 Chinese adults aged 20-55 with mild to moderate sleep problems. Participants took the candy or a placebo for 28 days, and researchers measured changes in sleep quality, stress, anxiety, mood, and skin condition. The goal was to see if the candy could help improve these areas.
