Summary

This study aimed to understand how one night of restricted sleep affects blood flow to the brain the next morning. Researchers compared 16 healthy men and women after a normal night's sleep and after a night of restricted sleep. The goal was to see if sleep loss reduces brain blood flow and if men and women are affected differently.
