NCT ID NCT06960408
Summary
This study is testing whether teaching people with Type 2 diabetes about good sleep habits and leading them through relaxation exercises can help them sleep better, feel less anxious, and improve their blood sugar control. Researchers will work with 52 adults who have poor sleep quality. They will measure changes in sleep, anxiety, and a key blood sugar marker over six months.
