First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026
Summary
This observational study looks at how sleep quality impacts cognitive flexibility, physical activity, body awareness, and reaction time in 80 adults with multiple sclerosis. Participants will complete questionnaires and computer tests, and wear an activity tracker for a week. The goal is to understand if poor sleep is linked to worse thinking and physical performance, without providing any treatment.
