Summary

This study looked at 102 adults with multiple sclerosis to see how good or poor sleep relates to body awareness, tiredness, and ability to use arms and legs. Researchers compared those with good sleep to those with poor sleep using questionnaires and physical tests. The goal was to better understand these connections to help manage MS symptoms and improve quality of life.
