Summary
This study looks at whether a respiratory rehabilitation program can improve sleep quality in people with stable COPD. About 90 adults aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to either take part in the program or continue their usual care. The main goal is to see if the program increases total sleep time, measured by overnight sleep tests.
