Sleep your way to better blood pressure?

Summary

This study is testing whether improving sleep habits can help control high blood pressure. It involves 110 adults with prehypertension or mild stage 1 hypertension who regularly sleep 6.5 hours or less per night. Participants will either follow an 8-week program to extend their sleep or receive general health education to see which approach better lowers blood pressure.
