Can Over-the-Counter products really improve your sleep?

NCT ID NCT06347744

Summary

This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could help people sleep better. Over 1,600 adults in the US who wanted better sleep took either an active product or a placebo (inactive pill) for several weeks without knowing which one they received. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, anxiety, fatigue, and mood using online surveys.
