New moms' insomnia tackled with tailored sleep and exercise plans

Summary
This study tests whether personalized behavioral programs can improve sleep in first-time mothers struggling with insomnia. 135 women will either receive a sleep management program, an aerobic exercise program, or standard postpartum care. Participants track sleep, activity, and mood through diaries and questionnaires over several months.
