Nighttime brain waves may steal Children's memories

NCT ID NCT03865771

Summary

This study aims to understand how epilepsy affects memory during sleep in children. Researchers will compare memory recall after one night's sleep in children with different epilepsy types and healthy children. The goal is to learn if nighttime brain activity in epilepsy disrupts how memories are stored, which might explain learning difficulties.
