Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise can help protect the body and mind from the negative effects of not getting enough sleep. Researchers will measure blood sugar control, thinking speed and accuracy, and blood vessel health in 48 healthy adults aged 20-45. Participants will have their sleep reduced and then do exercise to see if it helps.
