NCT ID NCT06679543

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at how getting only partial sleep affects heart function during cycling in healthy young adults. Researchers want to know if a drop in blood volume after poor sleep leads to lower blood pressure during exercise, and whether men and women respond differently. Participants will exercise after both a normal night's sleep and a night of partial sleep deprivation.
