Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week sleep coaching program can help young adults with type 1 diabetes improve their sleep habits and, in turn, better control their blood sugar levels. Researchers will compare the coaching program to standard diabetes education to see which is more effective at improving sleep and diabetes management over 9 months. The goal is to see if better sleep health leads to more stable blood sugar and less diabetes-related stress.
