Summary
This study looks at whether teaching good sleep habits can improve sleep quality and behavior in 12 elite female sitting volleyball players. Participants will learn about sleep hygiene and report their sleep patterns using questionnaires and group discussions. The goal is to understand if this education helps, not to cure or treat a disease.
