Sleep school for paralympic stars: a new study aims to improve rest

Summary
This study looks at whether teaching good sleep habits can help elite female sitting volleyball players sleep better. Twelve athletes from Turkey's national team will take part. They will fill out sleep questionnaires and join group discussions to share their experiences. The goal is to see if sleep education can improve their rest and daily function.
