Can simple strategies help exhausted new moms finally sleep?
NCT ID NCT07345065
Summary
This study aims to see if two different behavioral programs can help first-time mothers sleep better after having a baby. It will compare a sleep management program and an aerobic exercise program to usual postpartum care for women experiencing insomnia. The main goal is to see which approach is most effective at reducing insomnia severity and is most cost-effective over six months.
