Summary

This study is testing a 12-week program designed to help parents improve their child's sleep. It involves up to 50 children, aged 6-12, who have autism and sleep problems. The goal is to see if teaching parents specific sleep strategies can lead to better sleep for the child, improved daytime behavior, and less stress for the family.
