Summary

This study aims to see if a 6-week sleep coaching program can help older adults with insomnia sleep better. It will involve 100 participants aged 60 and over who report poor sleep. The program teaches healthy sleep habits through in-person sessions and phone calls, avoiding the use of sleep medications.
