Summary
This study is testing a sleep therapy program designed for cancer patients and their intimate partners who share a bed. The goal is to help both people in the couple improve their sleep quality and overall well-being. The program is a modified version of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi), delivered in a way that works for couples. The trial is currently suspended.
