Summary

This study tested a new phone app designed to help bone marrow transplant survivors who struggle with poor sleep. First, researchers interviewed survivors, caregivers, and doctors to design the program. Then, 30 survivors tried the app, which provided sleep tips and could connect them to a therapist via video call if needed, aiming to improve their sleep quality and overall well-being.
