Summary
This study tested a program designed to improve sleep habits in healthy adults aged 45-64. Researchers wanted to see if the program was easy to use and acceptable, and if improving sleep could be a way to help delay or prevent Alzheimer's disease. They measured sleep quality, daytime alertness, mood, and thinking skills before and after the program.
