Scientists tinker with sleep to see what happens in your gut
NCT ID NCT07243574
Summary
This study aims to understand how sleep affects the community of bacteria living in our gut. Researchers will ask healthy adults who normally get either too little or enough sleep to change their bedtime routine for two weeks. By collecting stool samples, they hope to see if and how gut bacteria change when sleep patterns are altered.
