Sleep coaching tested as mood booster for stressed young city dwellers

NCT ID NCT06675799

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-week digital sleep coaching program could improve sleep and mood in young adults living in urban areas who were experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression. Researchers compared the sleep program to general healthy living advice in 19 participants. They tracked sleep with wearable devices and asked about mood to see if getting more sleep helped people feel better.
