Summary

This study aims to see if teaching better sleep habits can improve sleep quality for elite female sitting volleyball players. Researchers will work with 12 athletes from the Turkish national team, giving them sleep education and tracking changes using sleep questionnaires and group interviews. The goal is to understand if this training helps athletes sleep better and feel more rested.
