Summary

This study is testing whether a prescription sleep medication called daridorexant might help prevent Alzheimer's disease. Researchers want to see if the drug helps clear harmful proteins from the brain that are linked to Alzheimer's development. The trial includes 240 people who don't have dementia, whether or not they have sleep problems.
