Summary
This study is testing if the drug Idebenone can safely delay or prevent people with a specific sleep disorder (iRBD) from developing serious brain diseases like Parkinson's. About 142 participants will take either Idebenone or a placebo for five years. Researchers will track whether participants develop brain disease symptoms over that time.
